IN COMPLIANCE WITH EACCME REQUIREMENTS ALL SPEAKERS ARE REQUESTED TO INCLUDE A SLIDE DISCLOSING CONFLICTS OF INTEREST AT THE BEGINNING OF THEIR PRESENTATION
If using a PowerPoint presentation (or any other PC based application), please note you need to bring it on USB Memory stick or CD/DVD and load it on one of the Congress computers in the Speakers' Ready Room at least 1 hour before the start of the session.
Please note that the Congress computers in the session halls are being supplied with Office 2013 (at least).
If combining video films with PowerPoint, please make sure to check it in the session hall where your lecture is taking place during a coffee or lunch break prior to your session, at least 30 minutes before the start of the session - even after checking it in the Speakers' Ready Room.
Alternatively you may supply your own laptop computer. In such a case please confirm that it has a VGA socket for external signal and come to check it first in the Speakers' Ready Room as soon as you arrive and later on in the session hall where your lecture is taking place during the coffee or lunch break prior to your session, at least 30 minutes before the start of the session.
Important note for Macintosh users:
In order to use MAC presentations on a PC compatible computer please note that you need to prepare it according to the instructions below, before bringing it to the Speakers' Ready Room:
1. Use a common font, such as Arial, Times New Roman, Verdana etc. (special fonts might be changed to a default font on a PowerPoint based PC).
2. Insert pictures as JPG files (and not TIF, PNG or PICT - these images will not be visible on a PowerPoint based PC).
Alternatively you may use your own Macintosh laptop computer. In such a case please confirm you provide it with a VGA adaptor for external signal, advise the operators in the Speakers' Ready Room about it as soon as you arrive and later on test it in the session hall where your lecture is taking place during the coffee or lunch break prior to your session, at least 30 minutes before the start of the session.
Please make sure that you check the Interactive Online Programme during the Congress for any updates to your session day and time.

Posters may be prepared on one sheet (preferred method) or alternatively on several smaller sheets.
- The dimensions of the poster board are PORTRAIT style: 1m wide x 2.30m long. It is suggested that your poster be 90 cm wide by 120 cm tall.
- You can use your own template file or you can use one these templates: click here
- Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors as stated on the submitted abstract.
- The text, illustrations, etc. should be bold enough to be read from a distance of two meters.
- Double sided tape, tacks and technical equipment will be available for the mounting of posters. Staff will also be in the poster area to assist you.
- The organisers will not be responsible for posters that are not removed by the end of the session on the day in which they have been scheduled.
In order to archive the poster on the ESGO eAcademy
and to be considered for the Best Poster Presentation and Best Poster Award, it is important to submit the posters also in ePoster format. For guidelines, please click here
Poster session overview:
Poster boards will be displayed over two days: Sunday, October 25 and Monday, October 26. Different posters will be presented on each day.
Please refer to the scientific programme or to the following lists for the board number assigned to each poster:
Presenters are able to set up their posters from 07:30.
Posters should be removed after 17:00 at the conclusion of the poster session.
Presenters are requested to stand by their posters during the lunch and coffee breaks on their day of presentation for informal discussions.
ePosters will be on display at the 19th Biennial Meeting of the European Society of Gynaecological Oncology (ESGO 2015).
All abstracts will be available on ePoster display at the Congress as well as at the ESGO eAcademy, the ESGO educational ePortal, after the Congress.
After acceptance of your abstract, you will be required to submit your file electronically. The technical transformation into ePoster will be managed by MULTIEPOSTER, who will contact presenters by mid-July.
Please note that it will be mandatory to submit your abstract file for transformation to ePoster format.

As describe above, the dimensions of the poster board are PORTRAIT style: 1m wide x 2.30m long. It is suggested that your poster be 90 cm wide by 120 cm tall.
Microsoft Powerpoint (PPT) is the ideal format (PDF format is also accepted).
Please use a simple and clear typeface (Arial, Arial black, Calibri…) and regular text size no less than 28 for the body of the different sections.
Images, pictures and graphs – the suggested resolution is 300 dpi. To check that they appear correctly on the final version, zoom in to 100% and check all images, pictures and graphs. It is better to use high quality images and graphs when creating the poster.
Provide clear labels and headings for each section of your presentation to avoid confusion.
Don't stretch the images manually or quality will be lost once zoomed in.
Make sure your file is a single slide only (no multiple-slide PowerPoints will be accepted).

New feature this year, embed a video within your ePoster!
New for this year. You can enhance your ePoster file by adding a video. The video could be complementary or integral part of your ePoster. This feature comes at a price of 25 Euro per video.
